Members may note that Exchange has provided facility of Contingency Pool to trade in Equity, Equity Derivatives and Currency Derivatives segments. Contingency Pool is intended to help members in case of emergencies such as inability to trade from their respective offices due to technical issues or otherwise.
The Contingency Pool is located at 9th floor (Room 917A), P. J. Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001.
Please find enclosed herewith the following documents:
- Procedure for operating from the Contingency pool is enclosed herewith – Annexure I.
- Form for Use of Contingency Pool – Annexure II.
Further, members may note that maximum two persons from their offices shall be allowed inside the pool at any given point of time.
All members are requested to follow the procedure stipulated in this regard.
