Reduction of share capital:
Upon coming into effect of the Scheme of Arrangement for financial reorganization of Share Capital of the company, as approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench:
The company shall effect Reduction of 90% of its Paid-up Equity Share Capital, in such a manner that One equity share of Face Value of Rs.10/- each will be reduced to Re.1/- each.
The authorized share capital would be revised to Rs. 7,38,50,000/- divided into 7,38,50,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each
And
The issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company shall stand reduced to Rs. 73,85,000 (divided into 73,85,000 equity shares of Re.1/- each).
