Sub: Final Order under Sections 11, 11(4),11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, In re: Collective Investment Schemes Norms, in the matter of Emerging India Infra Limited (EIIL).
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-3/48 /2018 dated October 25, 2018 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
Ø Restrained EIIL (PAN: AACCE2572N), Shri Harminder Singh (AYPPS8429Q) and Shri Gurpreet Singh Sidhu (PAN: DEKPS0764C) from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, till the directions for refund/repayment to the investors are complied with, as directed at pre paras to the satisfaction of SEBI and WRR/ Report of completion of payment with SEBI is submitted to SEBI and the said prohibition shall continue for a further period of six years from the date of completion of refund.
Ø Restrained Shri Prashant Sharma (PAN: AZIPS9617A) from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, till the directions for refund/repayment to the investors are complied with, as directed at pre paras to the satisfaction of SEBI and WRR/ Report of completion of payment with SEBI is submitted to SEBI and the said prohibition shall continue for a further period of four years from the date of completion of refund.
Ø Restrained Shri Gurlal Singh (ELFPS2056N) from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six years form the date of this Order.
Ø The directions issued against Shri Ashok Kumar and Shri Sunil Singh stand revoked
This Order shall come into force w.e.f. October 25, 2018
