Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Tatia Global Vennture Ltd (TGVL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017, to be read with Exchange Notice No. 20171010-12 dated October 10, 2017 where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/ 58 /2017 dated October 9, 2017 had directed that the promoters and directors in TGVL are permitted only to buy the securities of TGVL. The shares held by the promoters and directors in TGVL shall not be allowed to be transferred for sale by depositories.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/SEBI/ISD/ 68 /2018 dated December 28, 2018 has hereby confirmed that the directions issued against TGVL, its promoters and directors vide interim order dated October 9, 2017 and the audit shall continue.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
