This is in continuation of the Exchange Notice No: 20190607-1 dated June 07, 2019, Trading Members are hereby informed that Nava Bharat Ventures Limited (Scrip code: 513023) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange w.e.f. August 08, 2019.
Accordingly, the Buyback of shares of Nava Bharat Ventures Limited will not be available in Demat form.
