MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund regarding Discontinuation of subscription under ICICI PRUDENTIAL ASSET ALLOCATOR FUND and ICICI PRUDENTIAL THEMATIC ADVANTAGE FUND for DIVIDEND option on BSE StAR MF Platform with effect from March 05, 2019.
Consequently, fresh subscription through lumpsum/additional investment/Switch In/STP In/SIP shall not be accepted in the said scheme option after the close of business hours on March 01, 2019.
Also, as confirm by ICICI Prudential AMC, the existing SIP/XSIP/STP will continue to get processed under ICICI PRUDENTIAL ASSET ALLOCATOR FUND and ICICI PRUDENTIAL THEMATIC ADVANTAGE FUND for DIVIDEND option.
The notice cum addendum issued by ICICI Prudential AMC is attached.
The list of schemes suspended for subscription including Systematic investment plan is attached herewith in annexure.
