With reference to the notice no. 20190430-39 dated April 30, 2019 pertaining to Operational Guidelines for Risk Management & Clearing and Settlement in Interoperability framework amongst Clearing Corporations, Clearing Members and Custodians presently registered with Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. (ICCL) are hereby informed that a facility has been provided to submit their consent letters for choosing ICCL as “Designated Clearing Corporation”, through BSE Online Filing System (BEFS).
The Clearing Members and Custodians are required to submit the consent letters as per Annexure 1 and 2 respectively refered in the aforesaid notice, duly signed and stamped in PDF format only through BEFS.
The Annexures mentioned above are attached with this notice for ready reference.
