SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/99/2018-19 dated March 12, 2019 has inter-alia issued following directions:
· Restrained the following noticee from accessing the securities market and shall further be prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of three years from the date of this order.

· Restrained the following noticee from accessing the securities market and shall further be prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of five years from the date of this order. However, during the said period, they shall be allowed to liquidate the securities lying in their demat account as on the date of this order, for the purpose of return of money to RKDL, as directed at sub-para (b) above, by way of credit to a separate Escrow Account to be opened for this purpose.
