MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from ESSEL Mutual Fund regarding winding up of Essel Short Term Fund on BSE StAR MF Platform with immediate effect.
Since the said scheme is under process of winding up at ESSEL Mutual Fund, there will be no further Creation/Cancelation/Redemption of units in the Scheme, MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed to cancel the existing SIP/XSIP/STP/SWP registered under Essel Short Term Fund on BSE star MF platform with immediate effect.
Also, as confirm by ESSEL AMC a meeting of the unitholders of the Scheme will be held on June 26,2019 at 11.00 a.m. at Essel Finance Asset Management Company Ltd, and existing investor units will get compulsorily redeemed as well payout will also get released from AMC end to the client within 10 working days as per the bank account registered in AMC records.
