Trident Tools Ltd has informed the Exchange Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2021 and has appointed Mr. Dilipkumar Natvarlal Jagad, as Liquidator.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications trading in the securities of Trident Tools Ltd, will be suspended w.e.f. November 04, 2021.
