In continuation to the Exchange’s circular No. LIST/COMP/OPS/ 16 /2019-2020 dated June 11, 2019 and Notice no. 20190903-37 dated September 3, 2019, notifying the shifting of securities to Trade for Trade segment for non-payment of outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Members are requested to note that on account of compliance with aforesaid requirement, it is proposed not to proceed with transfer of trading in securities of following companies to Trade for Trade segment with effect from September 11, 2019.
