Trading Members are hereby informed that, Linkson International Ltd. (Scrip Code: 508982) has been ordered to be liquidated by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, and appointment of CS Manish Baldeva, Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f. December 1, 2014 vide Exchange notice no. 20141107-40 dated November 07, 2014, for non-compliance with Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement for two consecutive quarters i.e., March 2014 and June, 2014. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
Trading Members are requested to take note of the same.
