Sub: SAT Order in respect of Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited and others
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20160114-10 dated January 14, 2016 wherein SEBI, vide its Order No. WTM/RKA/EFD/17/2016 dated January 13, 2016, had inter-alia, restrained the entities viz., Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited, Sanjeev Arora, Roop Kishore Fatehpuria and Rajiv Arora from accessing the securities market and further prohibited them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for the period of 3 years.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its Order dated August 31, 2017, has stated that the restraint Order imposed on the appellants only be restricted upto the date of passing this Order i.e. August 31, 2017.
A copy of the said SAT order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
