Sub: Order in respect of SEBI Order dated September 05, 2017 and Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal order dated September 26, 2019 in the matter of Kassa Finvest Private Limited in respect of Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice nos. 20150319-47 dated March 19, 2015, 20170906-34 dated September 06, 2017 on the captioned matter.
SEBI now, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/54/2019-20 dated December 11, 2019 has inter-alia issued following direction:
- Restrained Manoj Kumar Agarwal (Pan AAKPA9123E) from accessing the securities market and further prohibit him from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 5 years instead of 10 years.
- It is also clarified that the period of restraint already suffered by the Noticee since September 05, 2017 shall be taken into account for calculating the total period of restraint imposed.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
