Sub: Corrigendum to the Order dated July 31, 2019 bearing reference number WTM/GM/EFD/27/2019-20 in the matter of PARICHAY INVESTMENTS LTD. (PIL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to Exchange Notice No. 20190731-13 dated July 31, 2019 wherein SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/27/2019-20 dated July 31, 2019 has inter-alia issued various directions in the matter of Parichay Investments Ltd. (PIL)
SEBI now, vide its Corrigendum Order No. WTM/GM/EFD/27A/2019-20 dated August 05, 2019 has issued the following Corrigendum:
· In the last sentence of para 9.1. of the SEBI Order, the words "I find all the Noticees have violated regulation 10 of the SAST Regulations",
shall stand substituted with the following words and numbers -
"I find that Noticee Nos. 1 to 7 have violated regulation 10 of the SAST Regulations ".
· In para 11(B) of the SEBI Order, the words "hereby direct that the Noticee Acquirers i.e. Sanjay Jethalal Soni, Krupa Sanjay Soni, JM Soni Consultancy, Dhiren Dharamdas Agarwal and Shweta Dhiren Agarwal shall not access the securities market"
shall stand substituted with the following words -
"hereby direct that Sanjay Jethalal Soni, Krupa Sanjay Soni, JM Soni Consultancy, Dhiren Dharamdas Agarwal, Shweta Dhiren Agarwal, Krunal Gopaldas Rana and Amul Gagabhai Desai shall not access the securities market".
The order dated July 31, 2019 bearing reference number WTM/GM/EFD/27/2019-20 shall always be read along with this corrigendum.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
