Sub: Order against BP Fintrade Pvt. Ltd. and BP Comtrade Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Blue Blends (India) Ltd.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20200528-19 dated May 28, 2020 on the captioned matter.
SEBI now vide its email dated June 12, 2020 has stated that the Competent Authority has decided that the order dated May 28, 2020 passed against BP Fintrade Pvt. Ltd and BP Comtradre Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Blue Blends (India) Ltd, will be effective from June 15, 2020.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
