| Discontinuation of Trading and Delisting of Equity shares of Mudit Finlease Limited (Scrip Code: 531919) |
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 and SEBI (Delisting of equity shares) (Amendments) Regulations, 2015, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of Equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Mudit Finlease Limited (Scrip Code: 531919) will be discontinued w.e.f. Friday, March 15, 2019.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f Friday, March 22, 2019.
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the Acquirers/ Promoters, Mr. Pavel Garg, Mrs. Poonam Garg, Mr. Shashank Garg, Mr. Shivank Garg, Pavel Garg HUF, M/s Clouds Hotel Private Limited, M/s Combitic Global Caplet Private Limited, M/s Hare Krishna Exotic Private Limited, M/s Passion Pharma Private Limited, M/s Popular Biotech Private Limited and M/s Shiva Medichem Exports Private Limited, for the remaining public shareholders for a period of one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs.45.50/- (Rupees Forty-Five Rupee & Fifty Paisa only) per Equity Share, being the exit price determined.
