Sub: Order under Sections 11 and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Rajlaxmi Industries Ltd
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAIII/ 8 /2018-19 dated February 01, 2019 has inter-alia restrained the Noticee Ms. Rashmi Kothari (PAN: AQNPK8748E) from accessing the securities market and further prohibit the Noticee from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years from the date of order. It is, further, clarified that the existing holding of securities of the Noticee, including the units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen during the period of restraint.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
