Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Amit Misra
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice nos. 20150805-21 dated August 05, 2015 and 20190711-33 dated July 11, 2019 on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated 17.01.2020, has directed that the impugned order passed by the WTM in so far as it relates to the appellant, Amit Misra cannot be sustained and is quashed.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
