This is with reference to BSE Notice No 20190830-42 dated 30th August 2019 regarding uploading of client funding details for the month of August, 2019 through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). Operational instructions in this regard is attached as Annexure-1.
The last date for uploading of client funding details for the month of August 2019 is extended to September 13, 2019.
In this regard, also refer to Point no. 12 of FAQ on Interoperability as per BSE notice no. 20190703-41 dated July 3, 2019. In case you are clearing through other Clearing Corporation (ie other than ICCL), you are required to report the same figures to BSE which you are reporting to the other Exchange.
Trading Members may please note that failure to upload the client funding details by the due date would attract penalty as communicated to the Trading Members vide Exchange Notice No.20060221-10 dated February 21, 2006.
