Trading Members are hereby informed that, CRB Share Custodian Services Ltd. (Scrip Code: 530423) has been ordered to be liquidated by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, and appointment of CA Mrs. Sonu Jain, Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f. May 2, 2000 vide Exchange notice no. 47417/2000 dated May 02, 2000, for non-compliance with Clause 38 of the erstwhile Listing Agreement. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
