| Interoperability framework amongst Clearing Corporations - Members/Custodians Back-office Files - Update |
To All Clearing Members and Custodians,
This is further to ICCL circular nos. 20190529-43 dated May 29, 2019 and 20190516-38 dated May 16, 2019 regarding Interoperability framework amongst Clearing Corporations - Members/Custodians Back-office Files.
Please note the following additional clarification with respect to security/ contract master, trade and settlement price files –
1) Security/ contract master Files (including scrip mapping file for Equity segment) provided by ICCL: (SCRIP_CC_DDMMYY.txt, EQ_MAP_CC_DDMMYY.csv, EQD_CC_CO<ddmmyy>.csv, BFX_CC_CO<ddmmyy>.csv)
- These are new master files being introduced and shall comprise of securities/ contracts which shall be settled by ICCL.
- These files shall be applicable for Clearing Members from the date of operationalisation of clearing under interoperability facility with ICCL.
- Until such date, Clearing Members may continue using the security/ contract master files as provided by BSE currently.
2) Trade File
- Trading Members – No change in file format. Trade file as per current format shall continue to be available.
- Clearing Members – Trade file as per new format shall be applicable from the date of operationalisation of clearing under interoperability facility with ICCL. Until such date, trade file as per current format shall continue to be available.
3) Settlement Price File
- It shall provide common settlement price (as per interoperability framework) and open interest for securities/ contracts which shall be settled by ICCL.
- This is a new file being introduced and shall be applicable for all clearing members with effect from Monday, June 03, 2019.
