Pursuant to directions issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and in continuation to the notice no. 20200303-40 dated March 03, 2020 and 20210219-31 dated February 19, 2021 issued by BSE Ltd (Exchange), trading in the shares of the defaulting companies for non-payment of Annual Listing Fees (ALF) of the Exchange would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis only on the first trading day of every week with effect from Monday, March 22, 2021.
Trading Members are requested to note trading in the shares of following company would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis only on the first trading day of every week till the company complies and makes payment of the outstanding ALF to the Exchange.
