This is in continuation of Notice No. 20190301-7 dated 01 Mar 2019, informing therein the Record Date of 05/3/2019 for Part Redemption of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited. (scrip code: 958538) to Rs. 9,99,992.87 per debenture (Face Value)
The company has now informed that, the face value of the aforesaid Secured Non-Convertible Debentures was reduced to Rs. 9,90,097.66 per debenture instead of Rs.9,99,992.87 as informed by the company and mentioned in the earlier notice.
Hence, Trading Members are advised that the above mentioned Debentures will now be traded
with a revised face value of Rs.9,90,097.66 with effect from March 28, 2019 (DR-001/2019-2020).
Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of it.
