In continuation to the Exchange Notice No: 20200529-1 dated May 29, 2020, Trading Members are hereby informed that Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (Scrip code: 522287) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange w.e.f. November 27, 2020.
