This is further to Exchange notice no. 20140716-1 dated July 16, 2014 w.r.t updation of email/mobile no. to receive email/SMS notification w.r.t various submissions to the Exchange.
Stock brokers may please note that the facility to update the email for receiving alerts w.r.t margin reporting in Commodity Derivatives segment has been incorporated.
The stock brokers who wish to receive aforesaid alerts may update the “Contact Person name” and “E-mail id” in BEFS. The path for the same is as below:
BEFS --- BEFS Alerts --- Select C&S Commodity Derivative (under Application/system)
For Trading members: Pending client margin reporting/Penalty charged for non-reporting of client margin
For Clearing members: Pending trading member margin reporting/Penalty charged for non-reporting of trading member margin
The module also provides the facility to add / modify/ delete email ids/mobile nos. Further, the stock brokers may update multiple email ids/mobile nos. for receiving notification.
Stock brokers are requested to take note of the same and update the name and email id/mobile no. of the concerned person for each alerts in BEFS.
