Sub: Final Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Vertex Spinning Limited
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/ AB /EFD-1/DRA-4/21 /2020-21 dated January 29, 2021 has inter-alia directed following directions:
- Noticee nos. 1, 2 and 3 are hereby restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of six months from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding including units of mutual funds, of the Noticees shall remain frozen.
- Noticee nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 are hereby restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of one year from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding including units of mutual funds, of the Noticees shall remain frozen.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
