As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble NCLT, Chennai Bench vide order dated February 1, 2019 under provision of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2013
Reduction of Share Capital:
The company is undertaking a capital reduction and the equity capital of all the fully paid up shareholders as on 30th June 2018 shall be reduced to 10%. Hence the existing 2.36 crores number of shares shall reduce to 0.236 crores number of shares.
