Hon’ble High Court, Bombay, vide its order dated July 06, 2018 had initiated Liquidation process against TIRUPATI INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD (Scrip Code: 531547) and appointed The Official Liquidator, Hon’ble High Court, Bombay as Provisional Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of TIRUPATI INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD (Scrip Code: 531547) will be suspended w.e.f. Thursday, February 14, 2019.
