Trading Members are hereby informed that the following Companies have signed the Agreement with both the Depositories.
In this regard, the modalities for settlement of trades executed in the scrips of the Companies w.e.f. Friday, November 26, 2021 (Sett. No. DR-164/2021-2022) would be as follows:
1. The Company scrips would be traded in Trade to Trade Segment for reasons other than non-signing of agreements with both the depositories. However, the trades in scrip would be required to be settled in compulsory demat form.
2. All trades executed in the scrips would be in market lot of 1 Equity share
3. Netting will not be allowed in the scrips.
4. Shortages in the scrips would be directly closed-out.
Trading Members are also requested to note the following revised Group & Market Lot of the security of the Companies which will be changed w.e.f. 26th November, 2021 :
