MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from FRANKLIN Templeton Mutual Fund regarding investment amount restriction in certain schemes through Fresh/additional purchase (including switch-in, SIP & STP-in) on BSE StAR MF platform with effect from January 17, 2020.
The scheme names provided below.
· Franklin India Low Duration Fund
· Franklin India Income Opportunities Fund
· Franklin India Dynamic Accrual Fund
· Franklin India Credit Risk Fund
· Franklin India Short-Term Income Plan
· Franklin India Ultra Short Bond Fund
MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby advised to take note of that Fresh/additional purchase (including switch-in, SIP & STP-in) by an investor on a single day across Plan(s) under the above schemes will be allowed/accepted only up to Rs. 2 Lakh aggregated at the investor level (same holders/joint holders identified by their Permanent Account Numbers (PAN) in the same sequence). Kindly adhere the investment amount criteria to avoid rejection & refund payout.
Also, the existing SIP’s & STP’s registered on BSE StAR MF platform by an investor singly or across Plan(s) in above schemes for Rs. 2 Lakh above will get rejected from FRANKLIN Templeton end.
