This is in continuation of the Exchange Notice No: 20181113-3 dated November 13, 2018, Trading Members are hereby informed that Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Limited (Scrip code: 506579) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange w.e.f. February 27, 2019.
Accordingly, the Buyback of shares of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Limited will not be available in Physical form as well as Demat form and trading under the following scrip code for physical mode will be suspended:
