SUB. :- Resumption of Trading in Debentures of Satin Creditcare Network Limited. (Scrip Code: 950595)
This is in continuation of Notice No. 20200529-17 dated 29th May, 2020 informing therein the Record date of 31/05/2020 fixed by Satin Creditcare Network Limited in respect of Payment of Principal and Interest on the following Debentures of the Company. The company has informed that the correct Record Date for Payment of Principal and Interest is 30.06.2020 and therefore, has now requested to revoke the suspension.
In view of the above, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the dealing in the below mentioned Debentures shall be resumed on the Exchange w.e.f. June 26, 2020 (DR-059/2020-2021) :
