Sub: CORRIGENDUM TO THE ORDER DATED JANUARY 31, 2019 BEARING REFERENCE NO. WTM/SKM/EFD-DRA-3/07/2018-19 IN THE MATTER OF SHREEKRISHNA BIOTECH LIMITED.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20190131-43 dated January 31, 2019 wherin SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD-DRA-3/ 07/2018-19 had inter-alia restrained various entities from accessing the securities market and further prohibited them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of three years, from the date of this order. It is further clarified that these Noticees shall not sell their existing holding of securities, including the units of mutual funds, during the period of restraint.
SEBI now, vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD-DRA-3/C-1/2018-19 dated February 1, 2019 has informed that an inadvertent error was noticed in the PAN details of the noticee viz. Mr. Shri Vipul Mohanlal Joshi. The rectified PAN details of the said noticee is as given below: -
