Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Paradigm Agro Products Limited (PAPL) and various entities.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice nos. 20181130-5 dated November 30, 2018 on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated 25.11.2019, has stated that the direction of restraining the appellants from accessing the securities market for the period of one year will not be implemented and to that extent the order of the WTM stands modified.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
