Sub: Final Order under Regulation 28 (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 in respect of Galaxy Broking Limited (Presently known as Starlink Finsec Limited) in the matter of Sarang Chemicals Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-3/ 02 /2019 dated January 04, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
· Prohibited the Noticee i.e. Galaxy Broking Limited to take up any new assignment or contract or launch a new scheme for a period of six (6) months.
· The Noticee i.e. Galaxy Broking Limited (PAN : AABCG5457B) shall not enter into any new contract of buy and sell on his own account as principal (proprietary trade) for the said period of six (6) months.
This order shall come into force immediately on expiry of seven days from the date of this order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
