SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2018/77 dated May 3, 2018 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the scrip of the company will be transferred to ‘Z’/’ZP’/’ZY’ group w.e.f September 12, 2019.
# Company has complied with Regulation 17(1) and/or Regulation 18(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as on date but it has not paid the applicable fines. However; these companies are already in the ‘Z’/’ZP/ZY’ group.
The trades in these scrips executed in ‘Z/ZP/ZY’ group will be settled on Trade for Trade basis.
