SEBI has approved the conversion of partnership firm of “NK Securities” into corporate entity namely “NK Securities Research Pvt. Ltd.”.

Accordingly, name of the Trading Member NK Securities (Member No. 6638) stands changed to NK Securities Research Pvt. Ltd.” (Member No. 6638) w.e.f. Monday, 19^th October, 2020.
