Sub: Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Mahavir Advanced Remedies Ltd. (earlier known as Indo American Advance Pharmaceuticals)
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA-1/20/2019-20 dated August 30, 2019 has inter-alia restrained the Noticee no.1, 2 and 3 from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of three (3) years from the date of this order. During the period of restraint, the existing holding of securities including units of mutual funds, of the Noticees shall remain frozen.
This Order shall come is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
