| Order in the matter of Bhoruka Aluminum Limited |

Sub: Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Bhoruka Aluminum Limited.
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/ AB / EFD-1/ DRA-1/27/2018-19 dated March 22, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
- Restrained M/s Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd. (PAN : AAACB8073D), Mr. Ajay Kumar Dalmia (PAN : AAIPD2539D), Mr. Panduranga Setty (PAN : ACIPP7049J), Mr. Rajkumar Aggarwal (PAN : AAPPA8159F) and Mr. Rajat Aggarwal (PAN : AEYPA0496E) from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, either directly or indirectly, for a period of five years from the date of this order. It is, further, clarified that the existing holding of securities of the Noticees, including the units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen during the period of restraint.
- Proceedings initiated against Mr. Amla Bansi Lal (PAN: ABXPA7328R) and Mr. Prabir Chakravarti (PAN: ACIPC5246N) shall abated.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
