This has reference to the press releases dated February 01, 2019 and February 03, 2019 issued by Reliance Communications Limited (scrip code 532712) wherein the Board of Directors of the company have proposed debt resolution plan through NCLT framework.
In view of the above and in exercise of its powers granted under SEBI circular no. SMDRP/DC/CIR-13/02 dated December 18, 2002, Exchange shall expire all the existing futures and options contracts across all expiries in scrip Reliance Communications Limited (Derivative Asset Code - RCOM) on February 28, 2019.
Trading Members may note that there shall be no futures and options contracts available for trading in scrip Reliance Communications Limited (RCOM) with effect from March 01, 2019 in Equity Derivatives segment.
