Hon’ble High Court, Bombay, vide its order dated January 10, 2017 and January 18, 2017 had initiated Liquidation process against Gupta Synthetics Ltd. (Scrip Code: 514116) and appointed The Official Liquidator, Hon’ble High Court, Bombay as Provisional Liquidator.
Trading in the securities of the Company has been already suspended w.e.f November 24, 2017 vide Exchange notice no. 20171102-27 dated November 02, 2017, for non-compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e., March 2017 and June 2017. It may be noted that in view of the liquidation order and appointment of Liquidator, the trading in the securities of the company shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
