Sub: Final Order under Sections 11 (1), 11(4), 11(4A), 11B (1) and 11B (2) of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992 read with Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Procedure For Holding Inquiry And Imposing Penalties) Rules, 1995 in the matter of Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/AB/IVD/ID3/9771/2020-21 dated December 11, 2020 has inter-alia issued following directions:
- The Noticee namely, Mr. Srinivas Maddineni is restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of one (1) year, from the date of this order.
- The Noticee namely, Mr. Srinivas Maddineni is prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities of Divi’s Laboratories Ltd., directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of two (2) years, from the date of this order.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
