Sub: Order under Sections 11(1) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Sunshine Global Agro Ltd. (earlier known as Sunshine Forestry Pvt. Ltd.)
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/ AB /EFD-1/DRA-3/ 23/2018-19 dated February 27, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
Ø Directed the entity Shri Yogesh Narayan Chand (DIN: 02083909) not to directly or indirectly, access the securities market, and is further restrained and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly in whatsoever manner, for a period of four years from the date of this order, or till all the Collective Investment Schemes of SGAL are wound up and all the monies mobilized through such schemes are refunded to the investors with returns which are due to them, whichever is later
Ø Directed the entities Shri Mohammed Faisal (PAN: AAWPF1464H) and Shri Bibeknand Mandal (PAN: CNVPM6593E) not to, directly or indirectly, access the securities market, and are further restrained and prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly in whatsoever manner, for a period of four years from the date of this order.
This Order is effective from February 27, 2019.
