Sub: Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Bishal Distillers Limited.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20181011-8 dated October 11, 2018 on the captioned matter.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA-IV/5015/2019-20 dated October 17, 2019 has inter-alia restrained/ prohibited the Noticee, namely Shri Prabir Chowdhury (AIPPC9212K), from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of four years from the date of this order or till the expiry of four years from the date of completion of refunds to investors as directed in the order dated May 16, 2016, whichever is later.
This Order shall come into effect from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
