1. Trading Members may note that as per the guidelines issued by SEBI dated 16th February, 2000, securities of the company will only be traded in Dematerialized form. Trades effected in this scrip will be in unit market lot (i.e. one share).
2. The trading in the scrip shall continue to remain in Trade-for-Trade segment till further notice since at least 50% of the Public shareholding of the company is not in demat form, as per extent SEBI guidelines.
3. The Trading Members may please note that the above-mentioned scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) for IPO’s & Relisted Scrips - Relist session on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.
4. For further information on SPOS, the Trading Members are requested to refer to the Exchange’s notice no. 20120216-29 on Enabling Special Pre-open Session for IPO’s & Relisted Scrips.
