Scheme of Amalgamation: -
Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamation of Ayepee Lamitubes Limited with Solid Containers Ltd. , Solid Containers Ltd. shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the shareholders of Ayepee Lamitubes Limited in the following share exchange ratio:
‘’1 (One) Equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each, fully paid up for every 2,192 (Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety Two) shares of face value of Rs.10/- each held by the shareholders of the Ayepee Lamitubes Limited Company”.
