CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Company will be transferred to ‘Z’ group w.e.f. December 14, 2017.
**Company has not complied with Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the year ended March 2016 and March 2017. Company will continue to be traded in “MT” group.
It may be noted that the following companies are currently in the ‘Z’ group. However these companies are also non- compliant for two consecutive years i.e. March 2016 & March 2017 for the Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
