SubjectConversion of Close ended Equity scheme to an Open-ended Thematic equity scheme of EDELWEISS Mutual Fund

MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that we have received communication from EDELWEISS Mutual Fund regarding conversion of Edelweiss Maiden Opportunities Fund - Series 1, a Close-ended Equity Scheme into an Open-ended Thematic Equity Scheme (i.e. Edelweiss Recently Listed IPO Fund) with effect from June 29, 2021.

Further, as per the notice issued by EDELWEISS AMC, the investor who are not in favour of the above scheme conversion can redeem their investments or switch to other schemes of EDELWEISS Mutual Fund available for subscription without any payment of exit load within a period of 30 days starting from May 28, 2021 to June 28, 2021 (Both days inclusive) through BSE StAR MF platform.

Also, as communicated by EDELWEISS AMC, redemption & switch can be accepted under EDELWEISS MAIDEN OPPORTUNITIES FUND - SERIES 1 through physical mode before 3.00pm till June 28, 2021 & in Demat mode before 3.00pm till June 24, 2021.
