Sub: Final Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992 in the matter of SLF Investment India Ltd.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20180328-48 dated March 28, 2018 wherein SEBI vide its interim Order No. WTM/GM/IMD/119/2017–18 dated March 28, 2018 had inter-alia directed SLF Investment India Limited (SLF) and various other entities shall not access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, or associate themselves with any listed Company or Company intending to raise money from the public.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/AB/EFD-1/DRA-1V/03/2019-20 dated April 16, 2019 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
· Proceedings against Noticees no. 5 and 6 i.e. Pradip Singha and Sujit Kumar Das are disposed off in terms of directions as contained in para 11 of the said order.
· It is also clarified that the directions as contained in para 4.2 and 4.3 (as applicable) of the interim order dated March 28, 2018 against all the other Noticees (except Noticee no. 5 and 6) shall continue to be in force.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
